All items must be picked up on scheduled load out days, no exceptions.

Please be mindful that pickup of items following the auction is often the most stressful time of the auction process. Hurst Auction personnel will be onsite to facilitate a smooth and orderly pickup. We ask that all purchasers be respectful and realize that the safety and security of your auction purchases is of utmost importance.
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, Hurst Auctions reserves the right to process the card on file if items are not picked up by 5:00 PM on Scheduled Pickup Days. Items not picked up on scheduled days are subject to a. $10.00 Per Item, Per Day Storage Fee with a Three-Day Time Limit. At that time Hurst Auctions has the right to dispose of Items as they see fit. Buyer’s will also be Subject to a $50.00 Trip Fee for items not picked up on scheduled pickup days. No Exceptions.
