 mount above $3\,200.00 per item. Sales tax or appropriate sal
 es tax exemption forms are due at or before the time of paym
 ent. Exemptions are Dealer Resale Certificate\, Tn Farmers Ex
 emption Card\, Bill of Lading for Exporters. PAYMENT Paid in 
 full day of auction (U.S. Funds) by Cash\, Check with Bank Le
 tter\, or Wire Transfer. Payments can be made by credit card 
 for Auction purchases\, however\, a three percent convenience 
 fee will apply to credit card payments. No items will be rel
 eased to the buyer until payment is received in full by Hurs
 t Auction LLC. REMOVAL It is the buyer's responsibility to r
 emove items purchased in auction. Buyer assumes full respons
 ibility for all items purchased including risks for loss fro
 m accident\, theft\, etc. All items must be removed by Friday 
 March 25\, 2022 by 5:00 pm. Any items not removed by the fina
