  Sales tax or appropriate sales tax exemption forms are due 
 at or before the time of payment. Exemptions are Dealer Resa

 r Exporters. PAYMENT Paid in full day of auction (U.S. Funds
 ) by Cash\, Check with Bank Letter\, or Wire Transfer. Payment
 s can be made by credit card for Auction purchases\, however\,
  a three percent convenience fee will apply to credit card p
 ayments. No items will be released to the buyer until paymen
 t is received in full by Hurst Auction LLC. REMOVAL It is th
 e buyer's responsibility to remove items purchased in auctio
 n. Buyer assumes full responsibility for all items purchased
  including risks for loss from accident\, theft\, etc. All ite
 ms must be removed by Friday Friday December 3rd by 5:00 pm.
  Any items not removed by the final day of removal will beco
